Are you looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working as part of a supportive team? Aden Senior Living is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher / Utility Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment for our residents.
At Aden, we believe dining is more than just a meal—it's an experience. As a Dishwasher / Utility Associate, you'll play an essential role in supporting our culinary team and ensuring our residents receive exceptional service in a clean and sanitary environment.
What You'll Do:
• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment, ensuring proper water temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and maintain safe work areas.
• Clean food preparation surfaces, refrigerators, worktables, and other kitchen equipment.
• Remove trash and recycling and maintain garbage storage areas.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, storing, and stocking deliveries.
• Support food preparation activities as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide an exceptional dining experience for residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support dining operations.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous kitchen experience required, preferably in a dishwasher, utility, or food service support role.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required food handling or sanitation certifications.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
