The Opportunity

Applied Technical Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team as a Corporate Legal Assistant / Paralegal. This is a hybrid position working from the Marietta Office 3 days per week and remotely 2 days per week. ATS provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment collaborating with talented professionals and gaining valuable experience in corporate law.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain internal contracts databases
• Review and approve vendor insurance documents
• Proofread and edit legal documents
• Assist with general administrative tasks
• Assist attorneys with collections and claims management
• Prepare and/or revise drafts of legal documents for attorney review
• Assist with other projects as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

• Current Law Student looking to gain experience in a Corporate Law setting
• Adobe and Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel and Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and good judgement
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
