Engineer (CNC Machining)

Responsibilities :

• Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and customer requirements in accordance with AS9100 contract review requirements.
• Develop detailed cost estimates including setup time, cycle time, labor, tooling, raw material, and outside processing.
• Build and maintain accurate routings and cost structures within JobBOSS ERP.
• Source raw materials and outside processing in accordance with customer specifications and approved supplier lists.
• Ensure all quotes meet internal margin targets and business objectives.
• Maintain revision control and documentation in compliance with AS9100 standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of CNC machining, manufacturing engineering, or estimating experience.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, fixturing, and workflows.
• Proficient in GD&T and blueprint reading.
• Experience with scheduling and production planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (JobBOSS preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
