Responsibilities

• Assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Help with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Carry tools and equipment to and from job sites as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams under the guidance of experienced electricians.
• Perform basic electrical tasks, such as wiring and circuit testing, as directed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
