Job Description

Build Relationships. Drive Growth. Help Families When They Need It Most.

At Nelson Elder Care Law, we believe every family deserves trusted guidance, whether they're planning to protect everything they've worked for or facing an unexpected crisis and don't know where to turn.

We're looking for someone passionate about building relationships that make a real difference. Every partnership you create becomes another opportunity to connect a family with the guidance, protection, and peace of mind they need.

This role combines business development, relationship management, and consultative sales. You'll build strategic partnerships throughout the community, generate qualified consultations, and help families confidently move forward with the legal solutions that are right for them.

If you're motivated by meaningful work, enjoy building relationships, and like seeing the direct impact your efforts have on business growth, we'd love to meet you.

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $110,000 yearly Total Compensation

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

You'll own the referral partnership channel from the first introduction through helping families become clients.

Build Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop relationships with professionals who serve seniors and their families.
  • Identify new referral opportunities beyond traditional networking channels.
  • Create partnerships built on trust, education, and mutual value.
  • Continuously expand and strengthen your referral network.

Turn Relationships into Opportunities

  • Keep referral partners engaged through consistent communication and education.
  • Generate qualified consultations through your partnership network.
  • Track referral activity, conversion, and revenue to ensure partnerships remain productive.
  • Work closely with our internal team to create an exceptional experience from referral through onboarding.

Help Families Move Forward

  • Meet with referred families to understand their goals, concerns, and circumstances.
  • Educate families on the legal solutions available to them.
  • Guide families through the decision-making process with confidence and compassion.
  • Help families move forward with the services that best meet their needs.

What Success Looks Like

Success isn't measured by the number of networking events you attend.

Success means:

  • Building a growing network of engaged referral partners.
  • Creating consistent opportunities for families to meet with our firm.
  • Helping families move forward with confidence.
  • Achieving a 65% consultation-to-client conversion rate.
  • Consistently contributing to the firm's revenue growth through your partnership channel.
Qualifications:

Who You Are

You love meeting people, building trust, and creating opportunities.

You likely have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Business Development
  • Outside Sales
  • Strategic Partnerships
  • Relationship Management
  • Account Management
  • Consultative Sales

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Build relationships naturally and authentically.
  • Enjoy owning goals and measuring your results.
  • Communicate confidently with professionals, business owners, and families.
  • Know how to ask thoughtful questions, uncover needs, and guide people toward decisions.
