NAI SunVista Commercial Real Estate is searching for a talented individual looking to grow their career in Commercial Real Estate. We’re looking to hire a Transaction Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone dreaming of working in Commercial Real Estate. The full time position is based in our Albuquerque office. Salary is based on experience.

Daily duties and requirements consist of, but are not limited to:

• Knowledge of commercial real estate contracts including leases, listings, purchase agreements and any addenda or amendments.
• Position includes proposal writing, reports and correspondence, editing real estate documents, preparing tour packages, internet research, data entry, filing and bulk mailings.
• Work closely with brokers and staff to keep listings current on marketing materials and various websites including but not limited to CARNM, LoopNet, and GotSpaceUSA.com

Qualifications:

• Must hold, or be able to obtain, a current New Mexico real estate license.
• Proficiency in MS Office, FileMaker Databases, and mapping/demographics programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite (incl. Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Dreamweaver), and Database Management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of design/marketing or commercial property management experience a plus.
• Must possess the ability to take direction, communicate effectively and professionally.
• Must possess critical thinking skills, the ability problem solve and multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
