Role Responsibilities

• Proactively fill open job orders by sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates
• Perform weekly recruiting activities aligned to GM goals set by leadership
• Apply assessment criteria to evaluate candidates; escalate exceptions to leadership
• Perform job postings, social media outreach, and recruitment marketing within approved guidelines
• Accurately document all recruiting activities in ATS and weekly trackers
• Actively participate in unemployment processes and Workers’ Compensation programs and policies that need to be addressed at the branch.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Metrics driven with a high level of responsiveness and engagement
• Team oriented and willingness to help
• Highly resourceful with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong technology and social media skills
• Strong planning, time management and analytical skills
