Job Description

Salary: $148,700 - 201,200 per year Requirements:

  • We require 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • We require 7+ years of direct collaboration with engineering teams.
  • We require 3+ years of software development experience.
  • We require experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, including process creation and release scheduling.
  • We prefer 5+ years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path oversight.
  • We prefer experience building sustainable processes and coordinating release plans across multiple teams.
  • We prefer experience defining KPIs and SLAs that support large-scale businesses and senior leadership reporting.
Responsibilities:
  • We will own complex, high-impact technical programs from early planning through delivery and post-launch refinement.
  • We will lead cross-functional coordination across Creative, Design, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
  • We will manage dependencies across our advertising ecosystem and external creative technology platforms.
  • We will investigate technical and business challenges, identify root causes, and shape practical solutions.
  • We will clarify the real requirements behind feature requests and assess viable technical approaches.
  • We will evaluate trade-offs among engineering complexity, delivery timelines, and business value.
  • We will anticipate risks and partner with engineering and product teams to create mitigation plans.
  • We will communicate program progress, key decisions, and risks to leadership and partner teams.
  • We will translate business needs into technical specifications in partnership with product and engineering.
  • We will build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.
  • We will present technical ideas in a clear, accessible way to diverse audiences.
  • We will define and monitor success metrics for delivery, quality, and business impact.
  • We will support agile practices and rapid iteration within AI and machine learning development cycles.
  • We will contribute to process improvements that increase team efficiency and delivery consistency.
  • We will ensure programs stay on schedule while maintaining strong quality standards.
  • We will drive discovery and prioritization with product managers and engineering leads to build roadmaps, dependency maps, and resourcing plans.
  • We will serve as a technical liaison between product and engineering teams and keep executive management informed on plans and critical issues.
