This early-career fullstack role is designed for recent graduates eager to grow by building real products. You will contribute to and gradually take ownership of core product features end-to-end, primarily focusing on improving Zara, our AI Recruiter agent. CompensationThe national pay range for this position is a base salary of $180, 000, $250, 000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies.
