• Ensure production quality meets the standards approved by the customer.
• Prepare and set up screen-printing machines for each production run.
• Properly align screens for multi-color printing (registration).
• Load screens, adjust print heads, and monitor ink levels.
• Ensure products are packaged according to customer specifications.

This position is performed inside the warehouse, which can get warm. Some roles require standing for long periods, while others involve more physical movement.
El trabajo se realiza dentro del almacén, donde puede hacer calor. Algunas posiciones requieren permanecer de pie durante largos periodos, mientras que otras pueden implicar mayor movimiento físico.
• Must be at least 18 years of age-authorized to work in the U.S.A. All legal authorization documents must be valid and up to date.
• Maintain good physical condition and a positive attitude.
• Punctual and responsible, attention to details, organized, knowledge of basic computer information.
• Experience in screen printing and operating M&R printing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of various screen-printing techniques and ink types.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Sólido conocimiento de diversas técnicas de serigrafía y tipos de tinta
• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido
• Es necesario pasar la verificación de antecedentes.
