Senior Quantity Surveyor – The USA Dream

Location: San Antonio, Texas, USA (Relocation Support Provided including family status)

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 + Benefits + Relocation + bonus

The Role

• Lead commercial management on high-stakes infrastructure and data center projects.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports with absolute precision.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure project "Order" against potential "Chaos".

Requirements

• Minimum 4/5 years of UK consultancy or contractor experience.
• A "Lead Courageously" mindset—taking full responsibility for project outcomes.
