  • Perform and monitor three‑way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts, resolving discrepancies where required
  • Investigate and resolve complex invoice issues related to pricing, quantities, tax treatment, or contractual terms
  • Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, procurement teams, and suppliers regarding AP‑related matters
  • Support vendor account management activities including supplier inquiries, statement reconciliations, and issue resolution
  • Prepare, review, and support payment runs while ensuring compliance with payment terms and internal controls
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, audit requirements, and VAT regulations
  • Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Monitor AP performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, system enhancements, and standardization across PTP processes
  • Maintain strong collaboration with finance, procurement, and other business units to ensure smooth PTP operations

About You

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure‑to‑Pay operations, preferably in an international or shared services environment
  • Strong experience with ERP systems and AP automation tools (e.g. NetSuite or similar financial systems)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other finance tools
  • Solid understanding of purchase order‑based invoicing, three‑way matching, and end‑to‑end PTP processes
  • Good knowledge of EMEA regulations and financial compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex AP issues
  • Excellent attention to details with a structured and organized approach to work
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
