Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Hybrid- Draper, UT

Pay Rate: $50–$53/hour (W2)

Duration: Contract role

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Recruiter to drive full-cycle hiring efforts across high-impact roles. This position plays a critical role in shaping talent acquisition strategies, partnering with business leaders, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting for complex and high-priority G&A and Go-To-Market roles across multiple disciplines
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to provide strategic talent acquisition guidance
  • Manage recruiting projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, forecast hiring needs, and optimize pipelines
  • Own the offer process, including offer extension, negotiation, closing candidates, and generating offer letters

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, or G&A roles
  • Proven success in improving recruiting processes and building impactful programs
  • Strong ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions and influence stakeholders
  • Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading complex hiring initiatives
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills with the ability to guide hiring decisions
  • Track record of identifying and engaging high-quality candidates in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Ability to work with urgency and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
