Position Title: Product Owner I
Location: PA - Pittsburgh, OH - Strongsville, AL - Birmingham, AZ - Phoenix, TX – Dallas
Work Status : 5 days onsite
Duration : Contract to Hire
Years Of Experience Required : 5+ Years

Industry Background: Banking/ Lending/ Mortgages
Function of the Group: Home Lending Organization
Initiatives/Projects: Supporting Home Equity and Mortgages

Roles and Responsibilities:
The main function of a product owner is to maximize the value of products created by the scrum development team.
A typical product owner will streamline the lifecycle of the product through managing the product backlog.
• Analyze and breakdown market problems into prioritized, deliverable stories
• Manage multiple features at once and ensure work gets delivered in prioritized order.
• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Work closely with development teams to deliver stories that add customer value at a regular cadence.
• Be involved with all phases of development (analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment).
• Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team. Vendor engagement.

Must Have Technical Skills:

• Previous business analyst experience a plus
