Requirements

What will you do at MMDSmart?

  • Drive all processes related to product definition, development, and launch.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align on the product vision and core functionalities, and ensure they are communicated throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Work with internal and stakeholders to define product features based on customer needs, provide regular progress updates, and present outcomes.
  • Manage the product backlog: break down high-level features into user stories and tasks, define clear acceptance criteria, and prioritize effectively.
  • Support development teams during iterations by clarifying requirements and adjusting priorities to maximize business value.
  • Monitor product progress at every stage and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

You are a perfect match if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product/Project Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
  • Experience in B2B product management ( CRM , BSS, OMS) is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding and hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Technically proficient: able to grasp high-level architecture and technical concepts.
  • Previous experience in a software development company, ideally with a focus on web applications.
  • Upper‑intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
