We are hiring a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced AI & Data team within a global organization. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekday hours in a collaborative, international environment without a full 8-hour workday.

Role Details:

• Contract: 6 months with potential for extension or conversion
• Schedule: 5 days/week, 6 hours per day
• Location: Hybrid in Bellevue, WA
• Pay: $30–35/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage executive calendars, including scheduling across multiple time zones
• Coordinate team meetings and support occasional in-person or virtual events
• Partner with administrative teams across the U.S. and internationally
• Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Provide meeting support including logistics, note-taking, and summaries
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and drafting emails
• Serve as a key point of coordination between leadership and administrative teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting executives or teams with calendar management and coordination
• Comfortable working across time zones and with global teams
• Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required
