OPERATIONS AND INVESTMENT REPORTING ANALYST

Based in Reston, Virginia, we are a national financial planning and investment advisory firm serving high net worth individuals, endowments, and Fortune 500 corporate sponsored financial planning clients.

We are seeking a strong Operations and Investment Reporting Analyst who will work collaboratively with members of both the Reporting and Operations Departments on daily tasks to include the following:

Operations:

• Daily digital document filing.
• Assist with client requests for cash transactions.
• Assist with daily trading and reconciliation.
• Assist with special projects as necessary.

Reporting:

• Assist in maintaining the day-to-day reconciliation of accounts in our portfolio aggregation system.
• Assist in the production of accurate and timely monthly and quarterly performance reports for all Mason clients.
• Able to handle multiple requests at once and still provide accurate and timely responses/deliverables.
• Manual account data entry.

Skills and qualifications:

• Attention to detail with strong analytical and technical skills.
• Basic understanding of investment securities and terminology.
• Some college preferred.
