NetSuite Consultant

Location: Remote
Duration: Initial 2-3 Month Contract with Potential Extension or Conversion
Travel: Occasional travel to Midland, Texas for key project milestones and onboarding activities. Travel expenses covered.

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced NetSuite Consultant to support a rapidly growing organization that recently completed a NetSuite implementation and is looking to optimize reporting, financial visibility, dashboards, and analytics capabilities. This is a hands-on project-focused engagement for someone who can quickly assess business needs, provide best-practice guidance, and deliver solutions with minimal ramp-up time.

The ideal candidate is a NetSuite expert who can independently drive deliverables, partner with finance and business stakeholders, and help maximize the value of the organization's NetSuite investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, create, and optimize NetSuite saved searches and custom reports.
• Train managers and business users on best practices for developing and maintaining saved searches and reports.
• Modify and enhance existing NetSuite financial statements and reporting structures.
• Provide guidance on NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) capabilities, adoption, and business value.
• Develop and improve executive and operational dashboards within NetSuite.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and leadership teams to identify reporting and analytics needs.
• Recommend process improvements and system optimizations to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Serve as a trusted NetSuite subject matter expert, helping stakeholders solve complex functional and reporting challenges.
• Document solutions, best practices, and user training materials as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite administration, reporting, and analytics experience.
• Expertise creating complex saved searches, reports, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Experience modifying and enhancing NetSuite financial statements.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite financial and operational processes.
• Ability to work independently and quickly deliver high-quality solutions.
• Experience conducting user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record supporting organizations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).
• Experience supporting organizations with field service or service-based operations.
• Prior experience troubleshooting and optimizing post-implementation NetSuite environments.
• Consulting background with multiple NetSuite implementations or optimization projects.
• NetSuite certifications strongly preferred.
