About the Role:
Join HomeWell Care Services as a Home Care Manager and play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients in 3 counties. Volusia, Flagler and St. Johns, FL. We are seeking a passionate leader who can inspire our care team and ensure exceptional service delivery in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of home care services to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of caregivers to deliver compassionate and personalized care.
  • Conduct assessments to develop tailored care plans that meet clients' needs.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and support.
  • Back up Caregiver when required to fill shifts. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all client interactions and care services.
  • Implement training programs to enhance caregiver skills and promote best practices in home care.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in home care management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in home care.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Proficient in using care management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience as a HHA or CNA background very helpful. 
Availability: Looking for open availability. This position is Mon-Friday with occasional weekend coverages.
