For over 40 years, Fairfax Cryobank, a division of the Genetics & IVF Institute, has provided fertility preservation services for individuals and the highest quality donor sperm, leading to the creation of many happy healthy families.

Fairfax Cryobank serves clients nationwide and around the globe. We are seeking a full-time Medical Front Desk Administrative Assistant at our Houston, TX location.

Candidates must project a warm, confident, and professional image in-person and over the phone. Candidates must be outgoing, personable, flexible, and extremely organized. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical. A willingness to learn and desire to grow the practice is essential. The candidate must be a time management star, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, possess the capacity to “read” patients and have a goal-oriented mindset. Customer service, call-center, sales and/or marketing experience is highly desirable. Also, database knowledge and foreign language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting clients and donors, management of incoming calls, client billing, scheduling appointments, management of files, data entry, and additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of a HS diploma or equivalent, however an Associate’s/ bachelor’s degree is preferred (any major)
• Must have basic customer service skills and a minimum of two years’ medical office experience is preferred
• Must be LGTBQX friendly, and comfortable working with diverse clientele
