Location: [Denver/ Colorado] Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 annually Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Project Assistant with a strong engineering or science foundation to support the successful delivery of client projects across the mining and energy sectors.

This role sits at the intersection of project management, customer success, and technical implementation. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to help ensure projects are delivered on time, onboarding runs smoothly, and clients gain real value from the platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn how large capital studies are delivered and how modern SaaS platforms are implemented in heavy industry.

What You Will Do

Project Delivery Support

• Assist with planning, tracking, and coordinating client projects across timelines, task lists, and documentation
• Help ensure deliverables are completed on schedule

Customer Success Support

• Help onboard new customers, coordinate training sessions, and support implementation activities
• Track customer feedback and ensure issues are resolved quickly

Technical Coordination

• Act as a bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams to gather requirements and document workflows
• Support testing, data preparation, and implementation tasks

Operations & Process Improvement

• Help improve internal playbooks, documentation, and delivery processes
• Support reporting on project progress, customer health, and scalable onboarding workflows
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field from an accredited four-year institution
• Strong academic record demonstrating analytical rigor and technical aptitude
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Comfortable working with technical teams and technical concepts
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• This position is subject to a pre-employment background check
• Nice to HaveInterest in mining, energy, infrastructure, or large capital projects
• Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a strong plus
• Exposure to project management tools or methodologies
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Interest in SaaS, digital transformation, and technical products
• Coursework or internship experience in mining, mineral processing, or energy systems
