PURE HomeRiver is seeking an Implementation Training Manager who thrives on organization, structure, and helping others succeed through well-planned, effective training. You are a highly organized and dependable professional who enjoys creating clear processes, developing training programs, and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned and executed. In this role, you'll lead training initiatives that prepare teams for successful system implementations by developing training materials, facilitating engaging learning experiences, managing training schedules, and providing ongoing support throughout the consolidation process.

Pay Range : $27 - $28/Hour

Pay Frequency : Biweekly

Position Hours : 40 Hours/Week

FLSA : Non-Exempt

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on property management system and facilitate interactive learning and provide real-time support and guidance to trainees. Serve as primary contact for all tenant communication
  • Assist in designing and developing comprehensive training materials, including presentations, user guides and hands-on exercises
  • Update and maintain existing training materials to reflect current processes and best practices.
  • Gather feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement and refine training content.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing ongoing support and clarification to team members post-training.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and department heads to align training objectives with consolidation goals.
  • Provide support where needed to ensure the consolidation process runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all consolidation goals are met within the designated time frame, maintaining progress and addressing any roadblocks.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL :

  • Strong communication skills
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Training/Facilitatioin in a workplace setting
  • Demonstrable experience designing a training plan
  • Demonstrable experience creating learning materials
