Parker & Sons is cu rrently seeking PEAK Technicians (Start-up) & Warranty Service Technicians to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.

Warranty Service Technicians will perform warranty related service calls, specializing in HVAC installation and newer technology. Please have:

• 3 + years of experience
• Pay $35-$50/hr including bonus and commissions
• Excellent customer service skills
• We offer a spiffs & incentives program

Do I have What it Takes?

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance, performing quality checks, airflow analysis, duct evaluation and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
• EPA Certification is a MUST
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuels
• Attention to detail
• Experience with Service Titan a plus!
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Pass a background check & drug screen with a clean MVR
• Be over 21 years of age
