Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a housekeeper servicing private residences located in Boston MA. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of designated areas in individual homes, which includes cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and organizing spaces.
You will work as an individual contributor during standard daytime shifts. Duties involve performing laundry tasks, stocking supplies, and ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment through thorough cleaning and organization. The role involves working professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction and comfort.
Responsibilities
1. Clean and sanitize various areas within private residences
2. Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding
3. Set up rooms according to client preferences and standards
4. Dispose of waste properly to maintain a clean environment
5. Provide courteous and professional customer service to residents
Qualifications
1. Proficiency in performing Laundry tasks with attention to detail and care
2. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to professionally interact with clients
3. Excellent Organization Skills to maintain orderliness
4. Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
5. Ability to adapt to Training and follow established cleaning protocols
6. Capability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods
7.Prior housekeeping experience is a plus but not required
8. Attention to detail ensuring high standards of cleanliness
9. Proficiency in the use of various cleaning equipment
10. Knowledge of health and safety practices
11. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients
12. Mandarin Chinese speaker
