Growth Operator (Own the Revenue Engine) – Vanspeed / VanspeedPro

Location: Westminster – On-site / Hybrid

We’re not looking for a marketer.

We’re looking for an operator.

Someone who can step in and take ownership of our entire revenue engine across two fast-growing businesses lines:

• Vanspeed (premium adventure vans)
• VanspeedPro (mobile business vehicles)

Your Role

You will own the system that drives revenue.

• Leads → Calls → Closes
• Funnel performance
• CRM structure
• Sales accountability

You will work directly with the founder and be responsible for turning demand into predictable, scalable revenue.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Owning and optimizing the full funnel (lead → booked call → close)
• Running and improving our CRM (HubSpot) across both companies
• Driving lead flow across content, outbound, listings, events, and paid
• Identifying bottlenecks and fixing them fast
• Increasing conversion rates at every stage
• Holding SDRs, closers, and marketing accountable to performance
• Building systems for speed-to-lead, follow-up, and reporting
• Testing offers, messaging, and funnels continuously

• You’ve worked in high-ticket or lead-gen driven businesses
• You can create scalable systems, document them clearly, and hand them off to keep moving forward.

• You need a lot of direction or structure handed to you
• You avoid accountability for numbers
• You prefer brand/creative over performance

What Success Looks Like

• Predictable lead flow
• High-performing pipeline with full visibility
• Increased booking rates, show rates, and close rates
• Sales team operating with clear accountability
• Consistent month-over-month revenue growth

Compensation

• Base: $90K – $120K (OTE 160-180k)
• Performance-based upside tied directly to revenue
• Opportunity to play a key role in scaling a multi-division company
