Job Description

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry-Level Financial Analyst. This role focuses on analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and helping business leaders make informed financial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data and business performance metrics
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Maintain financial records and reporting documentation
  • Reconcile financial data and investigate discrepancies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, administration, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
