Job Description

We are seeking a Designer with 2–5 years of experience who is collaborative, curious, and excited to contribute across all phases of design and project delivery.

Mudge Greeley Architects is an established architecture and planning firm located in Lyme, New Hampshire, just minutes from Dartmouth College. Our work spans residential, commercial, and institutional projects of varying scale and complexity. We are passionate about creating thoughtful, enduring buildings that contribute positively to the communities they serve.

We are seeking a Designer with 2–5 years of experience who is collaborative, curious, and excited to contribute across all phases of design and project delivery. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team and gain meaningful exposure to projects from concept through construction.

Responsibilities
● Support Project Architects and project teams through all phases of design and documentation
● Produce design presentations, construction documents, technical drawings, renderings, and visual materials
● Develop and coordinate project models and drawing sets
● Participate in design discussions, problem solving, and client deliverables
● Coordinate with consultants and internal team members to maintain project quality and schedules
● Contribute to physical and digital modeling as needed

Required Skills/ Experience
● 2–5 years of professional architectural design experience
● Degree in Architecture or related field preferred
● Strong interest in thoughtful design and professional growth
● Ability to manage work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
● Proficiency in:
○ Revit
○ Adobe Creative Suite
○ AutoCAD
○ Microsoft Office
● Experience with rendering and visualization tools is a plus

Expected Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000

*Salary is calculated based on experience.
