Data Entry Administrators (Temporary Contract | $25/hour | Onsite – Bronx, NYC)

We’re partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization to hire Data Entry Administrators for a 6–8 month project supporting a large-scale audit initiative.

This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with data and contributing to an important, time-sensitive project.

Location: Onsite – Bronx, NYC

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Duration: 6–8 months (through project completion)

Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and drug test (including marijuana)

Interview Process: One Zoom interview with HR

What You’ll Do

• Enter, update, and verify high volumes of audit-related data
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness prior to entry
• Identify discrepancies and flag missing information
• Maintain organized records to support audit trails
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and internal controls

What We’re Looking For

• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized, efficient, and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Prior data entry, administrative, or audit support experience is a plus
