Job Description

We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager who doesn’t just “do marketing,” but drives growth through people, experiences, and strategic execution.

This role is for someone who can take ownership of our brand in the community — leading events, building partnerships, and mobilizing teams to execute at a high level. Social media is a tool, not the focus.

What You’ll Own

Community Growth & Brand Expansion

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow brand awareness and sales through community engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, universities, and organizations
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities (events, catering partnerships, local activations)
  • Serve as the face of Chick-fil-A in the community, representing the brand with excellence

Event Leadership & Execution

  • Plan and execute on-site and off-site events (ex: game days, community events, in-store experiences)
  • Lead and manage event teams — including scheduling, preparation, and real-time execution
  • Take full ownership of event success, including guest experience, operational flow, and sales outcomes

Operations Leadership

  • Step into operations to lead and support teams during events and high-impact moments
  • Ensure brand experiences are executed with operational excellence, food quality, and speed of service
  • Work closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with operational readiness

Marketing & Brand Strategy (Support Function)

  • Execute marketing initiatives that support events, partnerships, and sales growth
  • Manage social media and digital platforms as a supporting channel to drive real-world engagement
  • Track performance of campaigns, events, and partnerships — and adjust strategy based on results
  • Continuously identify ways to increase traffic, catering sales, and community visibility

Culture & Team Engagement

  • Help create a culture where team members feel connected to the mission and excited about the brand
  • Plan internal events, celebrations, and recognition moments
  • Inspire and lead others by modeling energy, ownership, and service
