Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Specialist

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Pay: $18 - $21/hr

Location: Orlando, FL (32820)

Must Have Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant/Secretary related experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High School diploma (or equivalent experience)

Job Description:

The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and providing clerical support to the maintenance operations team. This person will assist with day-to-day functions and supporting tasks communicating with the internal country team. Other duties include preparation of payroll, track and response to citizen's inquiry for the unit, log and track citizen's inquiries in database, receive and distribute mail accordingly, and other related duties as assigned.

Compensation:

$18/hr to $21/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
